The black girl wrote on a social networking site on Saturday, announcing her official retirement from her full-time career as an athlete.

Black Girl writes as follows:

I want to tell you some news, the black girl has officially retired🏸
My athletic career is finally coming to an end🔚

Looking back on when I first entered the world of athletes, many people thought that I was only 17 years old and that I still had many years to continue playing. But in the blink of an eye, 19 years have passed. Time flies so fast… Finally, this day has arrived.

Looking back on my career as an athlete, I have experienced many ups and downs. I stood up again after falling, made history for Hong Kong, and achieved many achievements. These experiences are really not easy and are a very important lesson for me in life.

From the time I started playing wave when I was a kid to now, I want to be grateful to everyone who has helped me over the years – my enlightenment coach, mentor, coach, teammates, friends, and of course, those family members who worry about and support me silently behind the scenes. Without the help of each of you, I would not have been able to achieve what I have achieved today. I am grateful to meet each of you on my journey as an athlete.

Now, I am about to enter a new chapter in my life, and I will continue to uphold the black girl spirit, as well as the passion and persistence of an athlete, to teach badminton players and cultivate the next generation. At the same time, I will also face various new challenges and attempts, and hope to continue to shine in other fields⭐️
Goodbye, black girl’s athletic career, I will miss this wonderful time forever. Thank you all for your years of support and love.
