Hirschbühl comeback after a two-year break – sport.ORF.at

Christian Hirschbühl will make his comeback after a more than two-year injury break at the slalom in Kranjska Gora on Saturday (9:30 a.m. or 12:30 p.m., live on ORF1). The 33-year-old from Vorarlberg suffered a broken ankle during the slalom in Wengen in January 2022 and has not competed in a World Cup race since.

In addition to Hirschbühl and Manuel Feller, who could secure victory in the Slalom World Cup in Slovenia, the ÖSV squad for Kranjska Gora also includes Fabio Gstrein, Michael Matt, Adrian Pertl, Dominik Raschner, Johannes Strolz and Joshua Sturm.
