The number of athletes and officials participating in the Provincial Sports Festival in Hamyang-gun is 527 in 20 sports. They aim to be in the top ranks of the military and engage in intensive training for each sport.
This afternoon, Governor Jin visited the 4th stadium of the sports park and encouraged the baseball players who were sweating hard in the final training of the provincial sports competition.
He then visited the training grounds of the foot volleyball, taekwondo, badminton, judo, and golf teams one after another to encourage the players and deliver messages of support to boost their morale.

Hamyang-gun Public Health Center Dementia Relief Center is recruiting participants for the ‘Dementia Partner’ project to create a dementia-friendly community.
The dementia partner projects being recruited this time include Dementia Partner, Dementia Partner Plus, Dementia Overcoming Leading Organization, and Dementia Safety Affiliate Store. The target group is individuals and organizations who will actively participate in building a tight dementia safety net in the community.
‘Dementia Partner’ is a warm companion who considers dementia patients and their families in their daily lives based on their understanding of dementia. Anyone of elementary school age or older can participate. ‘Dementia Partner Plus’ is available to any dementia partner who wants to serve more actively to dementia patients and their families.
The ‘Leading Organization to Overcome Dementia’ is an organization that takes the lead in creating a dementia-friendly social culture where dementia patients and their families can live with peace of mind, and corporate business owners are the target group.
In the case of ‘dementia safety franchises’, individual business owners (supermarkets, convenience stores, beauty salons, etc.) who are taking the lead in building a tight social safety net in the local community can participate.
