Toluca. EdoMéx..23 Mar..2024/ EThe Government of the State of Mexico reports that the fires registered in the Izta-Popo National Park, debAmecame and San Lucas Texcaltitlán, in Donato Guerra, report a progress of 950 percent of control.
Brigade members from the Forest Protector (Probosque) attached to the Campo Secretariat collaborate; staff of the General Coordination of Civil Protection and Comprehensive Risk Management; of the National Forestry Commission (Conafor); the “Relámpagos” Air Rescue Group; as well as elements of the Ministry of National Defense of Municipal Security, ejidal and volunteers.
To respond to the incident in Donato Guerra, the “Relámpagos” Air Rescue Group carried out 18 discharges of 500 liters of water each, giving a total of 9,000 liters of water, over the area of San Jerónimo Totoltepec. Likewise, it supported the transfer of injured people.
