The brilliance of Giannis Antetokounmpo was not enough to allow the Milwaukee Bucks to win.
In front of the New Orleans Pelicans on Thursday, the Greek Freak finished his evening of work with a harvest of 35 points, but the Bucks bowed down by a score of 107-100.
Antetokounmpo also grabbed 14 rebounds.
The Pellicans won even though they converted only eight of their 32 three-point attempts.
Zion Williamson was just a little less productive than Antetokounmpo, but his 28-point performance put his team back on a winning trajectory.
Jonas Valanciunas obtained his 32nd double of the season with a production of 17 points and ten rebounds. However, this is only his first in eleven games.
CJ McCollum totaled 25 points while Trey Murphy III scored twice with 15 points and eleven rebounds.
In the loss, Malik Beasley and Damian Lillard had 20 points each. The Bucks suffered a second loss in a row after their defeat against the Lakers in overtime in their last match.
