France-Chile: at what time and on which channel to watch the Blues’ preparation match for the Euro?

We would have liked to see our Blues more serene before meeting Chile in Marseille for their last match before the Euro (June 14-July 14). Except that the defeat (0-2) inflicted by Germany, host country of the competition, surprised more than one.

Totally unrecognizable, the French were never able to recover from Florian Wirtz’s splendid opening score in the seventh second of play, the fastest goal ever conceded by the French team in its history. Much too tender in defense, the Blues did not reassure up front either, in a meeting where Marcus Thuram greatly disappointed.

Above all, the absence of Antoine Griezmann, injured and indisputable in Didier Deschamps’ eleven for 84 matches, was felt. If the Madrilenian will still be absent against Chile, the coach plans to rotate.

Against the Mannschaft, Didier Deschamps aligned an Upamecano-Pavard hinge. Against the Chileans, Ibrahima Konaté could find a starting place. It remains to be seen with whom. In the cages, Mike Maignan should be back while Théo Hernandez and Jonathan Clauss, replacements on Saturday evening, could be lined up from the start.

In the middle, Eduardo Camavinga should start the match, accompanied by the Monegasque Youssouf Fofana. The identity of the third man is not yet known. It will have to be played between Aurélien Tchouaméni and Mattéo Guendouzi. Up front, a Mbappé-Giroud-Kolo Muani attack should be used.

The friendly match between France and Chile can be followed this Tuesday March 26 at 9 p.m. on TF1.
