One important aspect of maintaining physical condition during the month of Ramadan is managing your eating and drinking patterns well. Ridho explained that he continues to maintain the intensity of his physical training by carrying out intense fitness training, in accordance with the tasks given by the Persebaya coaching team. To prevent dehydration, Ridho also makes sure to drink lots of water at night and at dawn. Apart from that, he also consumes fruit and avoids foods or drinks that contain ice. “Also reduce the ice. “Sometimes I also drink warm ginger,” he said.

Even though he is faced with various challenges, both in terms of career and the pandemic situation, Ridho still tries to remain consistent in carrying out his fast and maintain his physical condition so that he remains in top condition when he returns to competing on the field.
