The governor of the state of Carabobo, Rafael Lacava announced the new attraction at the Mostacho Fest in Puerto Cabello. A gigantic balloon waits for tourists in the trendy city’s Plaza Bolívar.
This joins the two festivals that are currently taking place, such as the Dracufest in addition to the Premier Padel. Puerto Cabello is one of the destinations for these four days of the major week.
