Euro 2024: all qualifiers, the composition of the six groups

22, 23, 24… the count is good! Since this Tuesday evening, March 26, the 24 teams who will participate this summer in Euro 2024 in Germany (June 14-July 14) are all known. Playoffs, Poland, Ukraine and Georgia have joined the 21 teams already qualified for the competition.

The Poles have joined Group D, that of France which they will face on June 25 (6 p.m.). Austria and the Netherlands complete this quartet which already promises a fierce fight and great competition for the Blues. Ukraine was inserted between Belgium, Slovakia and Romania in group E and Georgia, which qualified for the first Euro in its history to the detriment of Greece, completed the last group, F , where they found Turkey, Portugal and the Czech Republic.

The group stage will therefore start on June 14, with the opening match between the host country, Germany, and Scotland (9 p.m.), and will last until June 26. To watch in this group phase, where most of the big fish have inherited rather affordable groups, the very tough group B made up of Spain, 8th nation in the Fifa ranking, Italy, 9th Fifa nation and title holder, and Croatia, 10th Fifa nation and bronze medalist at the last World Cup.

The final phase will then start on June 29, with the round of 16. The Blues could play from June 30, if they were to be drafted among the best thirds or, more likely, the 1st (2nd in group D against 2nd in group E) or on July 2 (1st in group D against 2nd in group F). The quarter-finals will be played on July 5 and 6, the semi-finals on the 9 and 10 and the grand final on the 14th.
