The Ax Ceremonia Festival kicked off its 11th edition this Saturday at Parque Bicentenario, with American rapper Kendrick Lamar as its main attraction.
The emotions started before sunset, with Akasha, the Uruguayan urban music singer, who was in charge of the American Eagle stage. With her most popular hits, such as “Superhot”, “Lick” and her most recent single “Magnetica”, it marked the beginning of a day full of music and emotions.
Later, the evening part of the poster continued with the New Zealand project Leusire, who presented their most representative songs to their capital audience on the Air Max stage. “This is incredible for us,” they expressed into the microphone.
The musical proposal of Leisure, founded in Muriwai and who performed at the Ax Ceremonia after giving a concert in Guadalajara, Jalisco, on Friday night, flooded the atmosphere with their alternative rock and electronic tone.
Other artists who performed in the first hours of the Ax Ceremonia were Rusowski, Gale and Pink Pablo.
In addition to the musical proposal, the Ax Ceremonia offered activities to liven up the afternoon, one of the most surprising was the Dr. Simi Factory, in which attendees have the opportunity to characterize a stuffed doll of the popular character. Those interested in the free activity had to be trained for more than an hour.

In its eleventh edition, the festival presented five different stages, with the one of the same name of the festival being the main one. There was also the Air Max, American Eagle, Club Treason and finally the one called El Micky.

To close the first date, in addition to Kendrick Lamar, Grimes, Álvaro Diaz and Charlotte The Witte, the DJ and producer originally from Belgium, are also expected.
