Embracing the Spring Season: Reflections on Passionate Competitions and New Beginnings

Good morning everyone 😃

I’m a demon bride

It’s still cold in Funaoka, but…

Every day I keep thinking, “It’s spring,” and my heart feels a little warmer.

[Events that felt like spring]

①Spring High School Championship

Everyone was working hard

It was already sparkling 🌟.

What I started to feel after raising my children is the strong desire of the players who come out here and aim for the top.

Of course, we are also scouts, so we often see wins and losses. However, I am moved by the passionate battle between high school students that takes place in every moment.

I can now empathize with my parents’ feelings.

I want to keep watching and have high hopes for the future of the players who didn’t reach their goals, including the players who didn’t make it here.

Hieizan High School won the girls’ team.

Since they had come to practice, I was even more impressed by the performance. In this tournament, where there were no big players, Perseverance showed solid results from his training.

It was wonderful.

Congratulations 🎊

What does it feel like to be at the top of a group?

I also imagined the director’s feelings 😊

(It’s been 34 or 35 years since we first appeared…I also did some scary calculations😅)

② Greetings at departure

There is a young man in our family who is leaving for the next stage this year🤭, and the students who I have coached in youth judo gave him greetings as he departs.

One by one, the fourth-year judo club students leave Funaoka.

Taiyo will become a teacher from spring.

You’re good at talking 😊

Although I feel lonely, I also feel excited about the future.

It’s just…spring🌸

③The faces of sparkling new students and current students who are moving up one grade

Many new students are participating in rehearsals.

This year too… new students. Good 👍

I’m really interested in them, and they ask me a lot of questions.

You can expect it.

It’s only natural to look at that…

Next to him, as usual, or rather, not losing to the newcomer? The faces of our seniors who are working hard. It looks different compared to last year.

The new fourth-year students have the look of a leader and a sense of freedom (in a good way).

The new 3rd year students have the look of determination to become a central figure and the calmness of 3rd year students.

The new second-year students seem to have eliminated the naivety that they are no longer the youngest. The strength I gained from training for a year.

very good.

It’s also good because the new players are strong and work hard.

There is a good atmosphere with just the right amount of tension.

Even as the school year progresses…

Tough slope😅

Don’t lose to newcomers!lol

These two are still competing for the top spot.

These are two people I definitely want to see lead to results. Because I work hard every day.

Although I have no connection or connection with the boys’ judo graduates, I am part of the 2024 freshmen of the same year who have already entered Sendai.

I ended up taking a picture of it.

I thought that they must have started practicing judo in various places around the country around the same time.

Come on, it’s spring.

Let’s do our best☀️🌸(Japanese)
