The men’s tennis Leopards from the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) enter the competition this Saturday, March 16 in the different courts of these Games.
The team is complete in the Ghanaian capital with the 4 Congolese players who took part last year in qualifying for group 4 of the Davis Cup. They are William Bushamuka, Sarma Nkulufa, Arnold Ikondo and Christian Saïdi. Everyone will be on the field this Saturday despite approximate preparation like the entire Congolese delegation to these Games.
As a reminder, the DRC won the gold medal in 2014 in Brazzaville with Denis Indondo, a feat that those who stayed will try to repeat in Accra.
