Disappointing Draw for BC Kemperle in N3 Badminton Match against FIB Saint-Grégoire

N3 (9th day). BC Kemperle – Flume-Ille-Bad: 4-4

Leading throughout the match against the FIB of Saint-Grégoire, the Quimperlois ended up giving in on the last mixed doubles and settling for a draw which did not meet the expectations of the BCK collective. Both teams had their strengths. For the FIB, it was the girls who put Quimperlois, who were otherwise very comfortable, in difficulty in the men’s matches, all of which were won. Leading 4-2, BCK lost the last two meetings.

Tactical compositions

“In the absence of Cécile Baviera, we knew that the composition of our doubles would be tactical, especially against a very solid Saint-Grégoire team, which has players all classified N2 or N3,” commented president Jacky Hamoniaux . For the BCK, the draw however remains a very favorable result with a view to maintaining, while the season will end in a month with a Finistère derby in Brest. Second in the group, BC Kemperle has two points better than the Manchots de la Rade.
