Durangarra judoka Deniba Konaré continues working on her way to the senior category at the international level. Last Sunday she achieved a bronze medal with the Elite Judo Occitanie team and in the coming weeks she will compete in Riga (Latvia) and Paris in search of good results in this year of transition.

Konaré participated in the Occitanie Team Championship and his third place gave him a pass to the final of the French 2nd Division championship to be held on April 6 at the Paris Judo Institute. The member of Durango Judo will once again contribute her grain of sand so that the team gets the best possible position.

The judoka will also compete this coming weekend in the capital of Latvia, within the European Cup, already individually. “We are going little by little, since it is a difficult year in terms of achieving results. That is why we will focus on seeing what changes we incorporate into our technical-tactical scheme to compete with the maximum possible guarantees,” comments her coach, Iñaki Salas.
