BarcelonaThe ex-treasurer of Convergència Daniel Osàcar, sentenced to 3 and a half years in prison for the Palau case (linked to the 3%), died this Monday at the age of 88, as his lawyer, Xavier Melero, told RAC1.

“He died while he was indicted by the National Court since 2014 for the 3% case and had his assets seized”, pointed out the lawyer, who added that Osàcar was suffering from cancer. “He was a good friend of mine and I hope he rests in peace,” he said.
