Club Life at the Albbruck Judo Club Returns to Normal After Corona Break

Albbruck – After the Corona break, club life at the Albbruck Judo Club slowly picked up speed again. Chairman Patrick Strittmatter informed the general meeting that interest in the various competitions could be expanded greatly. It was also difficult to get going again at the association level. The club has 79 judokas aged between six and adults, eleven passive members and five honorary members.

After all, some young U11 judokas were on the mat at the district championships, the Baden championships and the High Rhine tournament. The year-end tournament also took place in Wednesday and Friday training.

Chairman Patrick Strittmatter hopes that it will be possible to hold your own tests again in the future and that interest in championships will increase again. A belt test is scheduled for April 28th. Jonas Kaiser was able to look back on ten years of membership with the club. Lothar Strittmatter brought the community’s greetings and emphasized the importance of the clubs in the community and the good cooperation in which the honorary members serve as a valuable role model.

In the upcoming partial elections, deputy chairman Manuel Hübsch was re-elected. Maria Andrejewski was appointed as the new cashier and Niclas Munko as the new assessor. With a view to the coming months, it was noted that outside of training, we would meet for a barbecue in June and the judokas would be there again with a stand and demonstrations at the village festival in September. The digital judo pass is to be introduced this year.
