Carmelo Anthony Snubs Victor Wembanyama in List of Best Non-American Players

A few days ago, Carmelo Anthony spoke in strong words about the Victor Wembanyama case and drew a most laudatory portrait of it. The fact that he excluded it from a list that he recently drew up therefore surprised many on the web.

There are only a few days left before the regular season ends and for his first on the NBA floor, Victor Wembanyama was more than astonishing. The eyes of the whole world were on him, but he was able to overcome the pressure and the expectations of observers, however high they might have been. As the 1st pick of the 2023 Draft, the Frenchman was indeed worthy of his rank.

If the Spurs have a very disappointing record with 15 wins and 56 losses, Wembanyama has impressed individually with his 20.9 points, 10.5 rebounds and 3.5 blocks on average. So much so that it recently earned him high praise from Carmelo Anthony.
