Samanes de Aragua continues to strengthen its roster for the 2024 Major League of Professional Baseball. Now the team led by Freddy García has acquired the services of Carlos Tocci, as the team announced this Monday.
Tocci was with the Tigres de Aragua in the LVBP 2023-24 and also last season he played with the Piratas de Campeche of Mexican baseball.
Let us remember that the outfielder already played with Samanes in 2022, where he had an average of .262, with 22 RBIs and 37 hits.
With the Tigers he also hit .262 in 195 at-bats, qualifying for last season’s Round Robin.
Carlos Tocci is the fifth Creole to acquire Samanes de Aragua for the coming crop of the LMBP. Pedro Castellanos, Michele Vassalotti, Luis Wood and Jesus Sucre complete the roster.
