Very delicate situation, immediate sanction for Cam Sutton.

While the Florida police have been looking for him for two weeks, Cam Sutton (CB) has just been cut by the Detroit Lions, the day after an arrest warrant was issued against him. It was the franchise which announced it on its social networks.

He joined the Lions in the offseason in 2023 with whom he signed a three-year contract for $33 million. The Lions could seek to void the contract so as not to have to pay him the salary guaranteed in his contract.

Sutton has been wanted since March 7 for domestic battery by strangulation. He faces up to five years in prison.
