FC Bayern Munich can present again on the 26th Bundesliga matchday in the long-distance duel with Bayer Leverkusen. The German soccer record champions are visiting bottom team SV Darmstadt 98 this Saturday (3:30 p.m./Sky) and with a win they can at least temporarily reduce the gap to Leverkusen to seven points. Bayer will play at SC Freiburg on Sunday (3:30 p.m./DAZN).

The remaining games on Saturday afternoon will focus on the relegation battle. VfL Wolfsburg has to score points against FC Augsburg, as do Borussia Mönchengladbach against newly promoted 1. FC Heidenheim and Union Berlin against Werder Bremen in order not to slip even lower in the table. For the penultimate FSV Mainz 05, a win in the home game against VfL Bochum is almost mandatory.

In the evening (6.30 p.m./Sky), third-placed VfB Stuttgart can further underline its Champions League ambitions with a win at TSG Hoffenheim.
