PAVLOVIC: Hesitantly at first. Improved, was the linchpin, often shifted the game. Started the 1-0 with a strong pass to Müller.

GORETZKA: Played defensively as a six-man, but when building up the game he dropped to the back left as protection. This means less in the game.

MÜLLER (until 78th): Was absolutely right when the header made it 2-0 (45th). Missed a Guerreiro cross (16th), otherwise tried very hard. Got a standing ovation when he was substituted.

MUSIALA (until 90th): Missed a mega chance from almost eight meters (40th). With good approaches and dribbling, but also with bad passes. He left Guerreiro alone too often at the back.

LAIMER (from 89th) and GNABRY (from 90th): also came on too late.
