The Buenos Aires Government announced that it will grant a bonus to doctors in the public health system who have complete residency.
This afternoon, the Buenos Aires Ministers of Health and Labor, Nicolás Kreplak and Walter Correa will provide details of the measure, which emerged yesterday as part of the joint agreement reached with medical professionals enrolled in Cicop.
As reported by the Province in a statement, this is a bonus for “training career with complete residency” for all those professionals who are working in the health system and for those who join in the future and have completed their complete residency in any of the jurisdictions that are part of the Unified Contest.
“It is a remuneration sum to be paid in four tranches that amounts to 40% of the basic salary of each temporary or interim staff professional who has full residence according to the established criteria,” they indicated.
