The FIBA ​​WORKSHOP for Referees was held: Referee Development Day at the Obras Sanitarias Club of Buenos Aires

On Sunday, March 3, the Obras Sanitarias Club of Buenos Aires received an outstanding meeting aimed at the growth and improvement of refereeing in Argentine basketball, coordinated by the CAB Institute. The FIBA ​​WORKSHOP for Referees, an event of international relevance, brought together a community of referees from different areas of the country in a day that combined theoretical and practical modalities with the aim of strengthening their skills and technical knowledge.

The day opened with the presence of Verónica Rindone, CAB HR Manager, and Leonardo Giuliani, Rector of the CAB Institute, who highlighted the importance of the event for the development of national arbitration. Subsequently, the speaker Andrés Bartel, FIBA ​​Referee from Uruguay, shared his experiences and knowledge in a theoretical session that addressed issues related to modern arbitration.

In the afternoon the action took place in the main stadium of the Obras Sanitarias Club, where the participating referees put the concepts learned into practice. In game situations, they received valuable feedback, which significantly contributed to their professional growth.
