A new podcast? Good to know

There are ideas that remain there, in a corner of your head, for months, sometimes for years. They stand aside, because “it’s not the time”, “there’s no time” or “we need to think carefully before putting them into practice”. But they have a strength and tenacity that, despite being quiet and good, plant seeds and then one day flourish. And so it is no coincidence that it is precisely March 20th, the spring equinox, the season of rebirth and new beginnings, that marks the birth of one of my most patient ideas: it is called “Good to know” and it is the podcast that I stars together with Alessandra Patitucci, “desk mate” at the DeeJay Training Center, Radio DeeJay’s Sunday appointment for those who train.

In each episode we will discover what is true behind food trends and we will shed light on what can really help us: from copyrighted diets to superfoods, from food regimes to live up to a hundred years to questionable shortcuts that promise miracles . And we will do it with that style that distinguishes us: direct, but never over the top, light but never banal and above all by relying on someone who knows what she’s doing: science.
