LE SCAN SPORT – The Roue Tourangelle peloton was hit by a spectacular wave of falls at the end of the race this Sunday.

52 kilometers from the finish of the Roue Tourangelle this Sunday, a huge fall crossed the peloton, throwing many riders to the ground. A following motorcycle was swept away in the fall. The race was neutralized for around twenty minutes while waiting for emergency services and ambulances. Several runners had to be evacuated.

The Frenchman Jason Tesson (TotalEnergies) finally won the sprint in Tours ahead of the Belgians, Gerben Thijssen (Intermarché-Wanty) and Jenthe Biermans (Arkéa-B&B Hotels).
