Yuri Ferretti, paired with Veneto Enrico Tommasi of Yawara Verona, participated in the A1 competition, the top national series, of Kime no kata (forms of decision).
For the two judokas it was the second competition that they compete together as a couple, demonstrating excellent technical qualities.
After the excellent performance in the month of January in Leinì, the Tommasi – Ferretti couple improved some details allowing them to increase their score compared to the previous race, gaining 533 points and distancing themselves from the second placed ones (the Emiliana Vertuani – Zuccati de Zordo couple ) by 27.5 points and 30 points from Lazio’s Meconi-Calderini.
The two will continue their training in anticipation of the next national and European competitions, starting next weekend by participating in the EJU kata tournament in Brussels.
