Vetralla Welcomes the Pure Chocolate Festival: A Tasty and Quality Event in the Historic Centre

NewTuscia – VETRALLA – The doors of the Carnival closed yesterday with a great public appeal, and Vetralla is preparing for a tasty and quality event in its historic centre, also with the promise of a large turnout. The “Pure Chocolate Festival”. An initiative that is preparing to stop in various cities in Italy and which in this, its second stop along the country, has chosen this village in Tuscia thanks to the now consolidated and positive relationships with the municipal administration.

Chocolate will be the undisputed protagonist of the Festival, an event also created by the volcanic and capable Alfredo Orofino, of International Street Food. The food of the Gods will be present in Piazza della Rocca and in Piazza Umberto I, in all forms and sauces, white, dark, in a cup, pralined and mixed until they become delicious desserts from all over the world, from Italy and the various regions.

Fresh from the success of Bari, the president of the AIRS association, the Italian Association of Street Restaurateurs, decided to stop in Vetralla for its logistical position, reachable from both the North and the South and for its proximity to many of the neighboring towns and the capital. The event will take place from Friday 23 February to Sunday 25 February from 10am to 10pm. “After the enormous turnout of the public, around 50,000 people, at the autumn event in Piazzale Bellucci in 2023 – declared President Orofino – and thanks to the availability and solicitations of the culture and tourism department which first contacted, and the operation of the pro loco, we could not fail to be present in Vetralla. There will be national and international artisan chocolatiers as well as local, Italian and specialty products from the world of chocolate and sweets. An event with great attractiveness and undisputed quality, – concludes Orofino – in addition to the fact that diving into the alleys of the historic center of Vetralla is surprisingly beautiful”. Finally, it is good to know that the event also supports the fight against violence against women, with the symbolic presence of a red shoe of lights.
