Aikido is not easy to understand – you have to martial arts, the ones on the Japanese samurai goes back, rather experience it for yourself. This is said by someone who should know: Aikido master Rüdiger Höhne. The long-standing managing director of TSV Reinbek is also active on a voluntary basis for the club and is extremely successful. The 54-year-old is a division leader, trainer and recently also holds the 6th Dan in Aikido. For his voluntary services he is now with the Sports honor of the city of Reinbek awarded in the castle.
