According to her club Altach/Vorderland, Bundesliga top scorer Linda Natter has torn a cruciate ligament. The 18-year-old will probably also miss the U20 World Cup in late summer.
Natter was injured on Wednesday in a test match for the ÖFB U19 team, with which she qualified for the World Cup in Colombia in December. In the previous season, the attacker was the league’s top goalscorer with 18 goals, and in the current season she has four.
