Three days before the start of the Apertura Tournament, which will get underway with the duel between Nacional and River Plate this Friday in the Gran Parque Central, the First Division Executive Board announced the details of the second date, which will last four days .
There will be one match on Thursday the 22nd, one on Friday the 23rd, two on Saturday the 24th and three on Sunday the 25th. The match between Progreso and Rampla Juniors was postponed, as planned, to give the newly promoted Flintstones team time to prepare.
Peñarol will be home to Miramar Misiones on Saturday at 8 p.m. in the Champion of the Century and a day later Liverpool will host Nacional at 5 p.m. in Belvedere, in what promises to be the highlight of a stage that Defensor Sporting and Cerro will close the same day at 7:30 p.m.
