For spring 2024, this iconic street silhouette reconfirms its level of performance through a completely new configuration, which establishes it as New Balance’s technical shoe, suitable for everyday training.
Built to deliver consistent performance, the fourteenth version of the Fresh Foam X 880 is the softest and most responsive yet.
The new Fresh Foam X compound
The single midsole is made of a new Fresh Foam X compound, which is lighter in weight, thus providing greater energy return.
The Fresh Foam x 880 v14 is equipped with a higher midsole with a reduced drop, for greater cushioning. Furthermore, the new vertical tread design increases flexibility and improves the transition from heel to toe, improving the stability of the forefoot during push-off.
The new engineered mesh upper is made in collaboration with Repreve, a world-leading brand of recycled performance fiber made from plastic bottles, resulting in soft and stable, with a perfect fit for every day.
