The board of prosecutors of the Supreme Court will study Redondo’s report on Tuesday and define the criteria that will be defended before the criminal division of the Supreme Court, which will make the final decision on whether or not to undertake the investigation. In any case, the public ministry of the National Court has also appealed against García-Castellón’s decision to investigate the Democratic Tsunami mobilizations as terrorism and has asked that the case be returned to the Barcelona courts.
