The Argentine soccer team, the last world champion, will play two more friendlies in the United States during, as part of its preparation for the Copa América 2024 that will be played in that same country.
The Soccer United Marketing company, after signing an agreement with the AFA, reported that Argentina will face Ecuador on Sunday, June 9 at the Soldier Field stadium in the city of Chicago, and on Friday the 14th against Guatemala at the FedExField in Washington DC.
With these two matches, the National Team will have more filming ahead of the Copa América that will also take place in the United States from June 20 to July 14.
“Additional match details, including television broadcast information and schedules, will be announced in the coming months,” reported Soccer United Marketing, the commercial arm of Major League Soccer in the United States.
It is worth remembering that Lionel Scaloni’s team will be resuming activity in March, when it faces El Salvador on Friday, March 22, and Nigeria on Tuesday, March 26. Both matches will also be in the United States, in Philadelphia and Los Angeles, respectively.
