SARONNO – Il Coni awarded the Saronno horse archery athletesin the hall of honor of the federation’s headquarters in Rome in the presence of president Giovanni Malagò.
Among the distinguished sportsmen, there were also the athletes of the “Francesina”: Silvia Fagioli, Giacomo Grego, Alessandro de Santisall three belonging to the Saronno sports association, and Maddalena Crocetti (of Caino Asde of Rome), the recognition came in honor of the bronze won at the European team championship.
Raffaele Fagioli, father of one of the awarded athletes, said that it was a great emotion and a great satisfaction, both for the athletes and for the parents; in fact, Fabio Grego, Giacomo’s father, also echoes him.
The next commitments for the Saronno athletes will be in Spain, Germany and Hungary.
