The judo team of Sakarya Metropolitan Municipality Sports Club participated in the Turkish University Judo Championship held at Erzurum Technical University Sports Hall between February 6 and 8.

Among the dozens of athletes who participated in the tournament from all over Turkey, the Metropolitan Judo Team added a new one to its successes. Sakarya judoka Sedat Durmuş, who finished third in Turkey in the 81 kilo category of the competitive championship, won the bronze medal.
