The celebration of the La Guaira Sharks after their conquest in the Miami 2024 Caribbean Series continues by their players who managed to end a 15-year drought without the title.
The team had great figures of Creole baseball. However, the roster highlighted two players who managed to make history within the baseball competition.
These are the Brazilians Leonardo Reginatto and Thiago Da Silva, who became the first players from their country to win the title of champion of the Caribbean Series.
The news was confirmed by Thiago Da Silva himself through his account on the social network X (former Twitter), where he could not hide the emotion he felt upon achieving this historic feat.

“We are in history, brother, the first Brazilians to win the Caribbean Series!! Brazil Brazil Brazil the hurricane,” he wrote.
Reginatto became one of the best Sharks bats since the start of the season in the LVBP. For his part, Thiago Da Silva will join the salty bullpen in November.
