PSG: Sergio Rico gets closer to a return to training

Sergio Rico is said to have fully recovered from his brain aneurysm contracted after his accident with a horse on May 28 in the south of Spain, following which he spent 26 days in a coma, more than a month in intensive care and nearly three months in the hospital.

The Spaniard, under contract with the capital club until next June, could even soon return to Paris. All that is missing is medical authorization to resume training smoothly. As soon as he returns, possible in the coming days, he should be able to resume his place within the group.

More good news for the goalkeeper who explained that he was “much better” in an interview with DAZN at the end of December: “I have the impression that my body has returned to what it was before.
