During the Bretagne Minimes de judo Paul Quinquis, referee for many seasons, took part in the Young Referee Cup. He officiated all day at a high level of competition and took 1st place. A deserved place for Paul who is very involved in his club in Cornouaille, as a referee in interclubs but also in official competitions. He gets his ticket to referee the Minimes national phase. Well done
