And left a soulless hangar in the “Chinatown” (13th arrondissement), the Georges-Carpentier hall (3,000 spectators on average), to give life to a brand new 5-star Arena with 8,000 seats, with an arty look, up to standard NBA, in the far north of the capital, Porte de la Chapelle, in an ultra-urban environment under construction, surrounded by car traffic, a dense transport hub and hideous building blocks.
