Palatinate Association’s Individual Judo Championship to Take Place on February 10th

It is expected that 32 male and female judoka from seven clubs will compete on Saturday, February 10th, from 11 a.m., in the Speyer Judomaxx for the individual championship for under-18s and -21s of the Palatinate Association, led by Andreas Kolbig (Speyer) as president at. They fight on four mats, divided into U18 with nine weight classes each and U21 into seven.

The talents born between 2004 and 2007 (U21) and 2007 – 2009 (U18) in the Southwest group come from the regional associations of Palatinate, Saarland, Rhineland and Hesse. They will then meet at the southwest German title fights in the same age and weight classes on Saturday, February 17th, in the Overberghalle in Siershahn.

The U18 qualifiers will fight for the German title in Leipzig on Saturday, March 2nd and Sunday, March 3rd, and the U21 team will fight for the German title on Saturday, March 9th and Sunday, March 10th in Frankfurt/Oder.
