Sardinia increasingly “island of sport”, Carraro “It will be a special championship” ROME (ITALPRESS) – Italy will host, from 22 to 28 July, the 13th edition of the FIP European Padel Championships. The great continental competition organized by FIP, the International Padel Federation, in collaboration with FITP, the Italian Tennis and Padel Federation, will be played in Sardinia, in Cagliari, in what, by virtue of the great organizational commitment of recent years, has become “the Sports Island” and, in particular, “Padel Island”.
After hosting numerous international events in the Sardinian capital – the latest being the FIP Platinum, a stop on the Cupra FIP Tour promoted by the Autonomous Region of Sardinia, Department of Tourism, Crafts and Commerce, with the patronage of the Municipality of Cagliari, last September -, Sardinia is ready to once again welcome the great champions of this discipline and the national representatives of the European countries that will compete for the continental title. “It will be a special European Championship.
