I’m co-coach of a men’s village team, so to speak, player-coach and I don’t really know how to deal with the situation.
A lady has been playing on our team for 2-3 weeks. She also changes in the locker room and doesn’t shower, which I think is a good thing.
It would also be strange if there was a lady showering with 10 guys.
In any case, there have now been complaints from some fellow players as well as from the players’ wives and girlfriends.
Unfortunately, the lady who trains with us doesn’t have a women’s team in the village and would see all the men naked in the shower and in the changing room.
But I don’t have a problem with it myself. Should I ignore the complaints, according to the motto everyone will get used to it and everyone will be happy, or how should it be dealt with. Unfortunately, we only have one changing room.
