Meet the Spanish Commentators for the 2024 Super Bowl: What to Expect at Halftime

The 2024 Super Bowl will be played next Sunday, February 11 at Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas, Nevada. This event is one of the largest in the world and will be broadcast in more than 30 official languages.

According to the ‘Los Angeles Times’ newspaper, bilingual narrator Ramses Sandoval was chosen by ‘TelevisaUnivision’ to host the league. The Hispanic network partnered with the NFL and ‘CBS’ to have the rights for its Spanish broadcast.

In dialogue with the same medium, Sandoval revealed that narrating his first Super Bowl will be something “giant” and that he has a very great commitment and responsibility to his followers.

“There is a lot of emotion on my part, a lot of preparation, a lot of respect for the microphone, respect for colleagues, respect for all the people who are going to be on the broadcast,” Sandoval shared.

The coverage will also feature other experienced sports journalists, such as Alejandro Berry and Lindsay Casinelli.

The main commentator gave more details to ‘Los Angeles Times’ and revealed that ‘Univisión’ is preparing for 12-hour coverage.

“I take this with great responsibility and knowing perfectly well what the story, the narration and the baton of three or more hours of the most important American football game entail,” he commented.
