Hugo Derycke (57) from Kuurne is not averse to a good challenge. “Under the motto ‘Life begins at forty’, I decided to take on a tough physical challenge every year. I started a full triathlon in 2006, this is my twelfth challenge. I’m not a real endurance athlete, but I do need those extreme challenges. That’s just how I am.”
