On the day of his farewell as a professional player, Marc Gasol made a complete review of his career. From his experiences in the different teams in which he has played to curious anecdotes and moments. Among them, a special one with Nikola Jokic’s brothers that dates back to 2009, when the current NBA Finals MVP was barely 14 years old.

«With Nikola there is a very cool story. I met his brothers, without knowing that they were Nikola’s, at Darko Milicic’s wedding. In Novi Sad (Serbia). After my first year NBA. After many beers, they approached me and told me that they had a little brother who played basketball very well. I told them he wished her the best of luck.
Years later, at a game in Denver, I see them in the stands jumping and shouting “Marc.” There they told me “that’s our brother” (pointing to a player). It was Nikola Jokic. I shit on ***. Yes, he is very good, yes. They were right”
