The fears about the severity of Luka Sucic’s injury did not come true.
As FC Red Bull Salzburg reported on Tuesday, the injury the 21-year-old Croatian sustained in the Bundesliga game against Austria Lustenau (match report >>>) was not serious.
The examinations showed that Sucic suffered capsule irritation in his right knee. He won’t have to take a break for a long time.
The midfielder is expected to be available again at the start of the championship group.
