Paris Saint-Germain forward Kylian Mbappe to his teammates announced about plans to leave the club in the coming summer.

It has already been reported that yesterday the star footballer, whose contract will expire in June, informed PSG president Nasser Al-Khelaifi that he will leave the club in the summer. Today, Mbappe gave a speech before PSG training, revealing his plans to his teammates as well. Although Mbappe has yet to announce his next team, it is expected that he will most likely join Real Madrid.

This is not the first time that the cooperation between Mbappé and PSG has reached the “edge of the heap”. At the beginning of last summer, Mbappe informed PSG that he did not intend to continue the partnership after the end of his current contract in 2024. In order not to lose the 25-year-old striker for nothing, the Paris club gave Mbappé an ultimatum – to extend the contract or the footballer will be sold.

PSG did not expect an answer from the Frenchman, and considering that Mbappé has already agreed on a transfer to “Real”, they began to consider offers for both possible transfers and the player’s loan. The Paris club put Mbappé up for sale and prevented the footballer from training with the first team, sending him to the training sessions of the so-called unnecessary players, or footballers who are not part of the club’s future plans. At the beginning of this season, however, PSG changed its position and returned Mbappé to the lineup.

Mbappe has been representing PSG since 2017. He has hit 243 in 290 games in all competitions goals, becoming a five-time French champion. This season Mbappe scored 30 goals in 31 matches.
