Karim Benzema wipes the slate clean. After the problems in his Saudi Arabian team, Al Ittihad, and rumors about a possible departure, the Frenchman returned to training and is preparing to try to redirect his situation in the current league champion with challenges. Another step has been in regards to social networks. The former Real Madrid player received numerous criticisms for his role in the championship (his club is 22 points behind the leader), which intensified after the painful defeat against Cristiano’s Al Nassr (2-5).

The situation led Benzema to close his Instagram account, where he had more than 75 million followers. A profile on the social network that he has recovered almost two months later, but in which he has reconfigured all of his publications. As for the photos, he has deleted all those related to football and has only left those related to advertising campaigns and sponsors. And he has stopped following numerous accounts to only do so with his sponsors such as Bugatti, Adidas, Jean Paul Gaultier… and his club, Al Ittihad.

In fact, there are no longer any images with Real Madrid, nor with his appearances with the French team, nor does he follow the accounts of his former teammates.
