Alicante became, last weekend, the scenery where the Autonomous Judo Championship corresponding to the Cadet, Children and Junior categories.
More than 400 judokas gathered on the Alicante tatami to enjoy some of the first competitions of the year during a weekend that certified the first champions of the Valencian Community.
Cadet Category
In the male Cadet category, the winners of the regional competition were Hugo Flores (-50 kg), Amir Bonillo (-55 kg), Batyrkhan Assanaliyev (-60 kg), Gabriel Vintila (-66 kg), Nacho Lopez of Guereno (-73 kg), Jaume Navarrete (-81 kg), Daniel Shapovalov (-90kg) and Luis Daniel Stefan Tudoroiu (+90 kg).
In the female Cadet category, the champions were Sara Carrasco (-40 kg), Maria Jesus Martinez (-44 kg), Laura Molina (-48 kg), Marta Leal (-52 kg), Claudia Morales Winter (-57 kg), Claudia Morales Rosique (-63 kg), Lara Molero (-70kg) and Claudia Gomez (+70 kg).
With these results, Judo Club Alicante was the champion of the competition with tthree golds, two silvers and four bronzes. The second position went to Judokan Club Valencia and third place went to CD Arys San Vicente.
Children’s Category
In the Men’s Children’s category, the champions of the regional competition were Daniel Garcia (-38 kg), Hugo Gurrea (-42 kg), Gabriel Jimenez (-46 kg), Mykyta Mykhailov (-50 kg), Marcos Villalon (-55 kg), Kevin Alvarez (-60 kg), Hugo Alvarez (-66kg) and Marcel Galindo (+66 kg).
In the female children’s category, the winners were Alba Monterdand (-36 kg), Zoe Morales (-40 kg), Ines Morales (-44 kg), Carlota Alcibar (-48 kg), Spade Durban (-52 kg), Carmen Navarrete (-57 kg), Ainhoa Gimeno (-63kg) and Celia Gomez (+63 kg).
With these results, the Club Judo Chidaoba He was the winner thanks to his three gold medals and two silver and bronze medals. Valencia Judo Club was second and Judo Club Alicantethird.
Junior category
In the Junior Men’s category, the following judokas won gold: Batyrkhan Assanaliyev (-60 kg), Jorge Catala (-66 kg), Adrian Amoros (-73 kg), Stanislav Rybin (-81 kg), Daniel Shapovalov (-90 kg), Ruben Samuell (-100kg) and Davit Kevlishvili (+100 kg).
In the Junior Women’s category, Maryury Tatiana Urena (-48 kg), Joane Buldain (-52 kg), Odaliss Santiago (-57 kg), Martina Obrador (-63 kg), Lara Molero (-70 kg), Carla Capobianco (-78kg) and Claudia Gomez (+78 kg).
Some results that placed the Valencia Judo Club as champion of the regional competition in the Junior category, adding five gold and five silver medals.
