The development of Padel is booming in France and 4PADEL wishes to remain market leader: you are the centerpiece of this strategy!
In a team dedicated to the development of new clubs, here are the coach’s instructions with your missions:
Master the Group’s development strategy, its specifications and its specificities Have the vision and 3 lungs to be able to visit all the Group’s development opportunities, particularly in Ile de France Analyze & process incoming development opportunities: check that the opportunity corresponds to the specifications, propose a program, draw up a business plan, discuss with lessors / promoters / communities Ensure monitoring of all development opportunities – Follow through on projects validated by the board: relationship with the lessor / promoter, ensure the follow-up of the file until its signature

Work rate :
During the week (1 to 2 days of teleworking authorized), sometimes on weekends (special operation)

Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel and Powerpoint
Interest in the sports and leisure sector

Your track record:
At least 2 to 5 years of successful experience in equivalent missions
